Why Look Into Christian Fiction Books?

People today somewhat channel discrimination towards Christian fiction books. Most of them think that since it is labeled as Christian, it will just be about blatant displays of Christian values and faith, hence, they would rather not bother even opening the first page.

Christian Fiction Books Holds Different Beliefs

There is no denying that you can find plenty of people who are interested in fiction books, but most of them think twice before picking out a book with a Christian theme, especially if they are not Christians themselves.

What they don’t realize is that they are missing out on so many great Christian fiction books by doing so.

Just because a book is termed as “Christian” does not mean that it will be talking about the faith all throughout its pages.

In fact, most Christian writers only rarely talk about their faith and beliefs in their books unless it was relevant to the plot details.

Take for instance, C.S. Lewis. As a Christian author, Lewis, wrote some of the most entertaining and loved books and at the same time, he only minimally incorporated his Christian faith in it.

If you read Chronicles of Narnia, you will notice how Lewis creatively incorporated his faith in the characters and plot; making it difficult to interpret unless you are a scholar.

You see, there is hardly any reason why you should refrain from reading fiction books made by Christian writers.

Even if they showcase their faith in it, it won’t mean that they will suffocate you with it. It just doesn’t work that way.

Thus, there is no reason for you to not get into the habit of reading Christian fiction books.
